Review and approval in one thread per file
Filestage collects feedback on a video, PDF or design in one place, with comments pinned to a timecode or a spot on the page, and an approval step that records who signed off. Reviewers do not need an account, which is what stops a client asking to be sent it in email instead. The free plan carries five new files a month, so it works as a trial that never expires on small jobs.
Our note
The gap between free and $199 is the whole decision, and there is nothing in between. Count your files per month honestly: at six or seven you are better off tightening the process than paying two thousand a year for the difference.
Only on this side
Cloud storage you buy once and keep
pCloud sells lifetime storage for a single payment, which over five years costs less than any subscription and removes the monthly bill from a creator's overheads. Files stream without downloading first, so a media library stays browsable. The one-time price is real but the encryption add-on is separate, and lifetime means the company's lifetime.
Our note
Lifetime means the company's lifetime, not yours, and that is the whole risk in this purchase. pCloud has been going since 2013, which is longer than most, but do not let it be the only copy of anything you cannot re-shoot.
