Both cover website builders. Here is what separates them on price, billing, what you can take with you, and coverage.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
A site builder aimed at people building for clients
Duda is built for somebody making sites for other people: client permissions, a white-label editor and a per-site price that scales with the number of projects rather than the size of one. Sites are fast and responsive without hand-tuning. The team and white-label tiers are where its actual audience sits, and the cheapest plan is a single site for somebody trying it. Anybody building one personal site will find the agency machinery irrelevant and the price higher than the consumer builders.
Our note
Count the sites you will publish, not the features you want, because the per-project charge is what actually sets your bill here. Against Webflow the split is that this is easier to hand to a non-technical client and harder to push into an unusual layout.
Design a site visually and ship real code
Webflow gives a designer the CSS box model as a set of panels, so the thing you draw is the thing that ships, with no theme fighting you. Its CMS handles a real content model rather than a blog with extra fields. The learning curve is genuinely steep, and somebody who has never thought about flex or position will spend a week before it clicks.
