It assumes a site with visitors, so it is the wrong first purchase for anybody who has not built one yet.
Our note
Start on the free plan and only upgrade when the visitor limit binds, because the entry tier here is priced against tools that do much less. The behavioural branching is the reason to choose it over a plain popup tool, so if you would not use that, a cheaper form builder is the honest answer.
