Chatfuel is priced for one person: free to start, then $49 a month for AI PRO with no seat cap mentioned. Gallabox is priced for a team, from $112 a month billed annually, and hard-caps the entry plan at three user accounts across WhatsApp, Instagram and a web widget. A solo creator answering Instagram DMs is Chatfuel's buyer. A small team selling through WhatsApp is Gallabox's.

AI agents that answer DMs and comments
Chatfuel sits in the same place as Manychat and leans harder on the AI half: rather than only matching keywords to canned replies, it will hold a conversation and try to close a sale in the DM. That suits a creator selling a product more than one collecting emails. The free tier is thin enough to be a demo.

WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat in one inbox
Gallabox is a shared inbox for WhatsApp Business, Instagram and a website widget, with a drag-and-drop bot builder in front of it and a CRM sync behind it. It is aimed at teams answering sales questions rather than at a single creator answering DMs, and the seat caps on the cheap plan say so.
Our note
Worth it if WhatsApp is where your customers already are and there is more than one of you answering. The three-account cap on Basic is a hard cap rather than a soft one, so count your team before choosing that tier.
Chatfuel is the far cheaper choice for one person: $49 a month with AI that tries to close a sale in the DM across Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. Gallabox's seat caps and per-user pricing are aimed at somebody else entirely.
Gallabox is worth its higher price once more than one person is answering and WhatsApp is where the customers already are, which is most of the world outside North America. The three-account cap on Basic is a hard limit rather than a soft one, so count the team before choosing it, and remember WhatsApp's own per-conversation charges sit on top of the subscription.
