Both cover dm & comment automation. Here is what separates them on price, billing, what you can take with you, and coverage.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Build an agent, pay by the conversation
Botpress is the developer end of the chatbot market: a visual builder over a real runtime, with your own code where the flow is not enough, and deployment to a site, WhatsApp or a Discord server. Pricing is a small platform fee plus conversation packs, so a bot nobody talks to costs almost nothing. It expects more of whoever sets it up than the tools sold to marketers do.
Our note
This is the most capable and the least friendly option in this category, and both halves are true. Pick it when the bot needs to reach into your own systems, and pick something else when the job is answering the same five questions on Instagram.

One inbox for email, chat and social
Re:amaze collects email, live chat, social messages and an FAQ into a single helpdesk priced per team member, so a one-person operation pays for one person. Macros, response templates and chatbots handle the questions that repeat. The middle tier adds SMS and voice and the ability to run several brands from one account. Nothing here is built for comment moderation on a social feed, so a creator whose volume is all Instagram replies is buying the wrong shape of tool.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.

Our note
Start on Basic unless you are supporting two brands, because that is the single feature the Pro tier is really selling and everything else on it is a refinement. Take the annual discount only after a month of real volume, since a helpdesk that turns out to be the wrong shape is an expensive thing to have prepaid.
