Running the business
Bitly's free plan allows five links a month with advertising attached, and paid tiers start at $10 for custom back-halves. Replug's free plan gives a hundred links, two bio pages and ten QR codes for nothing, twenty times Bitly's link count, though it caps total clicks at a thousand a month rather than counting links created. Its entry tier is $9 a month billed annually, or $19 billed monthly, against Bitly's flat $10 either way. The limit to watch is different on each: Bitly runs out of links, and Replug runs out of clicks.

Short links, QR codes and a bio page
Bitly shortens and brands links, makes QR codes that stay editable after they have been printed, and builds a link-in-bio page from the same account, with click data under all three. The free plan is five links a month and carries advertising. What the money buys is the branded domain and the reporting behind it.
Our note
For a bio link alone this is expensive next to Linktree or Zaap. It earns the money when the same links are going onto packaging and into a campaign report, which is the job the cheaper ones do not do.

Branded short links, bio pages and QR codes together
Replug puts branded links, a bio page and smart QR codes behind one account, with credits rather than separate subscriptions dividing them up. The free plan is generous enough to run a small operation without paying at all: a hundred links, two bio pages, ten QR codes. Paid plans raise every counter and add workspaces for agencies handling several brands. Deep link analytics are what the higher tiers are actually for.
Choose Bitly if traffic is heavy but the number of distinct links stays small, since Bitly counts by links created rather than by clicks received and places no ceiling on how often one link is used. Core is $10 a month for custom back-halves, and Growth at $29 adds landing pages and an AI assistant. It is wrong for anybody who wants many links for free, because five a month with adverts attached is a small allowance next to Replug's hundred.
Choose Replug for a generous free plan covering links, a bio page and QR codes together: a hundred links, two bio pages, ten QR codes and three custom domains, all at no cost. Its entry tier then runs $9 a month billed annually or $19 month to month. Watch the click count, not the link count. It is wrong for anybody expecting a post to travel, since the free plan's thousand-click monthly limit can be spent by one popular link while the other ninety-nine sit untouched.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Our note
Watch the thousand-click monthly limit rather than the link count on the free plan, since one post that travels will exhaust it while 99 of your 100 links sit unused. Take the annual price only once a month of real traffic has shown which counter you actually run out of.
