Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Bulk scheduling across many client accounts
SocialPilot is built around the case where one person posts for ten brands rather than for one. Bulk upload takes a spreadsheet of hundreds of posts at once, client management keeps each account's approvals apart, and the reports go out under an agency's own name rather than the tool's. A solo creator will find that more machinery than the job needs. Anybody who has started posting on behalf of other people is the reader it was priced for, and extra accounts are billed separately from extra seats.
Our note
Pick this one for the bulk upload and the client separation, not for the composer. If you post for a single brand you are paying for machinery you will never open.
The heavyweight, priced per seat
Sprout Social is what a social team buys when the job has stopped being scheduling and become inbox triage, approvals, listening and reporting somebody outside the team will read. The consolidated inbox and the review management are the parts creators with a manager tend to notice first. Everything is priced per seat, which is the fact that decides whether it belongs in a one-person setup: a second person doubles the bill.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.

Our note
Multiply by the number of people who need a login before comparing this with anything else on this list, because that is where the real number appears. If nobody outside your team reads the reports, the reporting is the part you are overpaying for.
