Graphics sized right for each platform
Snappa opens at the dimensions a thumbnail, a story or a header actually needs, which removes the step where somebody guesses and then crops. The stock photos and graphics inside it are royalty-free for commercial work. Three downloads a month on the free plan is the limit, and it is a hard one rather than a watermark.
Infographics without hiring a designer
Venngage is a template library for infographics, one-pagers and reports, with an editor simple enough that the person who has the information can make the graphic. Accessibility checking is built in, which almost nothing else in this category does. The free plan caps you at five designs and shares them publicly, so it is a trial with a different name.
Our note
Venngage is the cheaper way into data-carrying graphics, and the accessibility checker is a real differentiator if anything you make gets published. Visme is the fuller tool once the documents get long.
