quso.ai puts clipping, captions and scheduling on one credit pool, free at 75 credits a month and $19 billed yearly for unlimited 1080p clips. Repurpose.io does no clipping worth the name and instead publishes finished video everywhere on rules, from $35. One bill for both halves, or one tool that does the distribution properly.

Clips, captions and scheduling on one credit pool
quso.ai is the product that was vidyo.ai until it renamed, and it now does the publishing as well as the cutting: clips come out of a long video, get captioned, and go to six networks on a schedule. Everything draws on one monthly credit balance, so heavy editing and heavy posting compete for the same budget. The free plan renders at 720p, which is enough to judge the cuts and not enough to publish.
Our note
Worth knowing before you search for reviews: this is vidyo.ai renamed, so older write-ups under that name describe this product. The combination of clipping and scheduling on one credit pool is the case for it over a dedicated clipper plus a separate scheduler.

One upload, published to every network at once
Repurpose.io watches a source, a YouTube channel, a TikTok account, a podcast feed, and republishes what appears there to everywhere else on rules you set once. It is plumbing rather than an editor: the clipping is basic and the point is that nobody has to download and re-upload anything. Plans are counted in connected accounts per network, so an agency running ten brands pays for ten.
quso.ai is the cheaper combination and worth knowing by its old name: this is vidyo.ai renamed, so older reviews under that name describe this product. Lite at $19 billed yearly covers unlimited 1080p clips, scheduling to six platforms and 10GB, and paying yearly roughly doubles the credits, which makes the annual rate the real price. Somebody who only wants clips will find the publishing half unused and the credits spent on it wasted.
Repurpose.io is the stronger distribution engine and the better answer for several brands at once. Rules run without you, a podcast feed can be the source, and publishing is unlimited above the first tier, with three accounts per network at $35 rising to twenty-five at $179. Pair it with an editor if the clips themselves need to be good.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Our note
This is plumbing rather than an editor, and it is worth being clear about which problem you have. If the clips are the problem, buy a clipper. If getting them to six places on a schedule is the problem, this is the cheapest way to stop doing it by hand.
