Running the business
Piktochart turns figures and reports into an infographic or a poster from templates, free for the basics then $15 a member a month with annual billing selected on the page. Venngage does similar work and adds accessibility checking that almost nothing else in this category offers, but its free plan caps out at five designs shared by public link only, while Premium is $19 a month, or $10 billed annually. Piktochart's free tier asks less of you upfront. Venngage's paid tier is the one with a clearly stated discount for committing annually.

Infographics and reports from templates
Piktochart turns a report or a set of figures into something a person will actually read: an infographic, a one-page summary, a poster for a wall. Templates handle the layout and the editor keeps you inside them, which is the point for anybody who does not design for a living. There is a free plan, and the paid ones are priced per member.
Our note
Piktochart is narrower than Canva and better at the one thing it does, which is making a long document of numbers look deliberate. Choose Infogram instead if the charts need to stay tied to their data.
Infographics without hiring a designer
Venngage is a template library for infographics, one-pagers and reports, with an editor simple enough that the person who has the information can make the graphic. Accessibility checking is built in, which almost nothing else in this category does. The free plan caps you at five designs and shares them publicly, so it is a trial with a different name.
Our note
Choose Piktochart if you produce internal reports, summaries or event posters and want templates that keep a non-designer inside the lines. The free plan covers the basics before anything is decided, and paid plans read $15 and $20 a member a month with annual billing already selected on the page, though the true month-to-month rate is not shown. It is narrower than Venngage on accessibility features, but sharper at making a long document of numbers look deliberate.
Choose Venngage if accessibility checking matters, since contrast and readability review is built into the editor and almost nothing else here offers it. Premium is $19 a month, or $10 billed annually, for unlimited designs and private sharing; the free plan is capped at five designs shared publicly only, which makes a draft visible to anybody with the link. Treat that free plan as a way to test the templates rather than to live on, since the public-only constraint is real.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Venngage is the cheaper way into data-carrying graphics, and the accessibility checker is a real differentiator if anything you make gets published. Visme is the fuller tool once the documents get long.
