Running the business
Paperbell bundles a coaching business into one flow: the package, the contract, the payment and the calendar, so a client never leaves it, at a flat $57 a month or $570 a year regardless of how many clients you carry. SavvyCal is scheduling only, with a distinct feature Paperbell does not offer: the recipient can overlay their own calendar over yours to pick a slot that works for both, from $10 a user a month with no free plan. A coach who only needs bookings, with contracts and payment handled elsewhere, is paying for a narrower and cheaper tool in SavvyCal. A coach who wants packages, contracts and payment in one place is Paperbell's exact buyer.

Coaching packages, booking and payment in one
Paperbell is a coaching business folded into a single link: the package, the contract, the payment and the calendar all in one flow the client never leaves. Coaches usually assemble that out of a scheduler, a payment processor and an e-signature tool, and then spend their week joining the three together. There is one price and no tier above it. Client volume does not change what you pay.
Our note
Flat pricing makes this cheap for a busy coach and dear for somebody with three clients, which is the opposite of CoachAccountable's shape and the clearest way to choose between them. Annual billing is worth taking once you know the tool suits you, since it is the only discount on offer.
Only on this side
Booking links the other person can overlay
SavvyCal's difference is what the recipient sees: they can drop their own calendar over your availability and pick a slot that works for both, instead of squinting at a grid of times in the wrong timezone. Ranked availability keeps your good hours for the meetings that deserve them. There is no free plan, only a trial.
Pick Paperbell if you are currently running a scheduler, a payment processor and an e-signature tool side by side and joining them together by hand. One flat price, $57 a month, covers any client volume, which suits a full book of clients since nothing scales with count; it is a poor deal for someone with only two or three.
Pick SavvyCal if scheduling itself, not packages or payment, is the actual need, especially for calls across timezones where the calendar overlay changes how the invitation feels to receive. Basic is $10 a user a month, and Premium at $17 adds paid bookings if some payment capability is needed without Paperbell's full package system.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
