Both cover email marketing & automation. Here is what separates them on price, billing, what you can take with you, and coverage.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Email and SMS for people selling products
Omnisend is built around a shop rather than a newsletter: abandoned-cart flows, product recommendations in the email, and SMS on the same automation. For a creator selling merch or digital products through Shopify it does the job that a general email tool leaves to plugins. The free plan is 500 emails a month, which is a test rather than a starting point.
Our note
The comparison the page invites is Klaviyo, and on price it wins that argument at small list sizes. The real question is whether your store is on a platform it integrates with, which decides how much of the automation actually fires.

Build an email template once, export it anywhere
Stripo designs the email and then hands it to whatever actually sends it, exporting to a long list of platforms rather than trying to be one. That suits anybody happy with their sending tool and unhappy with its editor. Modules can be saved and reused across a team so a brand's blocks stay consistent. It does not send, track or hold a list, so it is an addition to an email stack rather than a replacement for one.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.

Our note
This earns its place as an addition rather than a replacement, so price it on top of what you already pay to send rather than against it. If your current tool's editor is merely adequate, the money is better spent elsewhere; if it is actively costing you hours a month, this pays back quickly.
