Brand templates with the logo locked down
Marq exists for the problem where somebody outside the design team has to make a flyer and must not be able to move the logo. Templates lock whichever parts carry the brand and leave the rest editable, so a franchise or a chapter can localise a poster without redrawing it. The product came out of Lucidpress and kept that job when it changed name.
Our note
This is bought for the lock rather than for the drawing, and if nobody is going to misuse your logo you do not need it. The former name, Lucidpress, is still what half the internet's tutorials call it.
Mockups, logos and thumbnails from templates
Placeit is the fastest way to see your design on a shirt, a mug or a phone, which is what a merch listing needs before anything has been printed. Logos, gaming overlays and thumbnail templates come with the same subscription. Everything is a template, so two creators who both use it end up looking related.
