Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Describe the page and it writes the code
Lovable builds a working web app from a description, then lets you keep talking to it to change what it made. The output is real code rather than a locked page, so a site can be exported and hosted anywhere once it exists. For a creator this is the landing page, the waitlist or the small tool that was never worth hiring somebody for. Usage is metered in credits rather than in projects, and the free plan gives enough of them to find out whether the idea survives contact with the generator.

Unlimited forms and answers on the free plan
Tally gives away the thing every other form builder meters. Forms and submissions are unlimited without paying, and the paid tier buys branding removal, custom domains and the integrations rather than permission to collect more answers. It is written like a document, so building a form is typing rather than dragging blocks around. For a creator running a waitlist, an application or a feedback form on an irregular schedule, the free plan is usually the whole answer.
Our note
Start here before paying anyone per response. The free plan is the product, and the upgrade is about your domain and your branding rather than about collecting more answers.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.
