Making the work
Growing an audience
Running the business
Kitly builds a media kit from your connected accounts' live numbers, from $89 a year, about $7.42 a month, plus campaign tracking and a creator-network listing. Passionfroot is free to use as a booking page where sponsors see your rates and book a slot, charging only when a deal actually happens, 2 percent on a deal you bring yourself or 15 percent on one it introduces through its own network. The two solve adjacent problems: Kitly is the pitch document sent before a deal, and Passionfroot is where an inbound sponsor books and pays once interested.

A media kit that updates itself
Kitly connects your accounts and builds the media kit from live numbers, so the deck you send a brand is not three months out of date. Campaign deliverables and reporting sit alongside it, which is the half of a brand deal that happens after the money is agreed. Creators are also listed in a network brands search. Both plans are billed by the year and the monthly equivalent is what the page quotes.
Our note
Two linked accounts on Starter is the limit worth checking against how you actually work, because a creator on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube is already past it. At under $200 a year Premium is cheap against a single brand deal, and the argument for it is the live numbers rather than the network listing.

A booking page for brand deals and pricing
Passionfroot gives sponsors a page where they can see your rates, pick a slot and pay, instead of a fortnight of email. Invoicing and briefs are handled. It costs a creator nothing to use, and earns from a percentage of the deals it introduces.
Choose Kitly if rebuilding a media kit is the recurring annoyance, especially across more than one platform, since live numbers replace a deck that goes stale within months. Starter links two accounts for $89 a year; anybody active on three or more networks needs Premium at $190 to avoid hitting that cap.
Choose Passionfroot if inbound sponsor interest has become enough to need a booking page rather than an email thread, since it costs nothing until a deal closes. A 2 percent fee applies to a sponsor you found yourself, and 15 percent to one Passionfroot's own network introduced, a split worth weighing against what finding that sponsor alone would have taken.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Our note
Worth setting up while it costs nothing, since the booking page is useful even if you never touch the partner network. Weigh the 15 percent against what finding that sponsor yourself would have taken, and remember it applies for as long as the relationship does.
