Making the work
Growing an audience
Running the business
Hypefury automates growth on X and similar text-first networks, queuing threads and auto-retweeting a post once it takes off, from $6 a month for one channel or $19 flat for all of them. SocialBee organizes posts into categories and rotates them in a fixed mix, so a feed does not drift into being all promotion, starting at $29 a month billed monthly or $24 annually. One is a cheap, narrow automation tool built around X. The other is a heavier scheduler for keeping a content mix disciplined across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Built for people who grow an audience by writing
Hypefury is a scheduler shaped around text posts rather than a content calendar: queue threads, auto-retweet what performs, and append a promotion to a post once it passes a threshold you set. Tweetshots turn a post into an image for reposting elsewhere. The pricing is per channel at the entry plan, so somebody who only writes on one network pays for one, and the plan above it opens all of them for a flat rate.
Our note
Do the arithmetic on channels before choosing a tier: at four platforms the Flexible plan has already passed the flat one. This is worth a look mainly if the automation around a post, rather than the calendar, is what you are buying.

Category-based scheduling for a steady mix
SocialBee organises the queue into content categories and posts from each in rotation, so the ratio of promotion to everything else is a setting rather than a good intention. Evergreen posts can be recycled on a schedule instead of being written again. There is an AI assistant for drafts and captions, and an agency-shaped side with client workspaces. The trial is two weeks on the Pro plan with no card, which is enough to see whether the category model fits how you plan.
Pick Hypefury if X is where the audience lives and the job is converting a post that is already working, not managing a mix. One channel costs $6 a month, and the whole point is speed: auto-retweet and an autoplug do the follow-up work nobody has time for.
Pick SocialBee if the feed needs a disciplined ratio of promotion to everything else, or if a small team of clients needs separate workspaces. Bootstrap starts at $29 a month, or $24 billed annually, roughly four to five times Hypefury's entry price, and a 14-day trial of the Pro tier tests the category system first. Note what it does not cover: X is not in SocialBee's supported network list, so anyone posting there needs Hypefury or another tool alongside it.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Our note
The categories are the whole product, so decide whether you actually want a posting mix enforced before comparing this on price with a plain scheduler. If the answer is no, Publer does the scheduling for a fifth of the money.
