Making the work
Growing an audience
Running the business
HighLevel includes a booking calendar, but only as one piece of a $97-a-month suite that also runs funnels and a shared inbox. SavvyCal does one thing, booking links, and does it with a feature nothing else here has: the person booking can overlay their own calendar on your availability, for $10 a user a month. The axis is whether booking is the whole job or a fraction of a bigger one. Paying $97 for a calendar you could get for $10 only makes sense if the rest of HighLevel is in use too.

Funnels, calendars and messages in one account
HighLevel bundles funnel pages, a booking calendar, a shared inbox for messages across channels and the automation between them, which is otherwise four subscriptions that have to be wired together. Contacts and users are uncapped on every plan, so growth does not change the bill. The dearer tiers exist to resell the whole thing to clients under your own brand. A solo creator will use a fraction of it, and that fraction costs $97 a month.
Our note
Use the fourteen days to replace something specific rather than to explore, since the breadth is what makes this both compelling and easy to waste money on. If after two weeks you are using the funnels and nothing else, a dedicated page builder is a quarter of the price.
Only on this side
Booking links the other person can overlay
Choose HighLevel if booking is one step inside a funnel you are also building, with a shared inbox and automation tying the whole thing together for $97 a month flat, uncapped on contacts and users. Buying it only for the calendar is a poor trade against a $10 tool built for exactly that job.
Choose SavvyCal if booking links are the actual product you need and nothing else. Basic is $10 a user a month and already includes unlimited links and team scheduling, and the calendar overlay lets the other person see their own schedule against yours rather than guessing at a grid of times. There is no free plan, only a trial backed by a 30-day money back guarantee.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
SavvyCal's difference is what the recipient sees: they can drop their own calendar over your availability and pick a slot that works for both, instead of squinting at a grid of times in the wrong timezone. Ranked availability keeps your good hours for the meetings that deserve them. There is no free plan, only a trial.
