Making the work
Growing an audience
Running the business
ConvertFlow builds popups, forms, quizzes and landing pages that share one visitor record on a site you already run, from a free plan to $29 a month, $25 billed annually. Typeform builds a single kind of form exceptionally well, one question at a time, tuned for completion rate, priced by how many responses land each month rather than by feature tier, from a free plan to $39 a month, $28 billed yearly. ConvertFlow's forms exist to trigger a different offer. Typeform's exist to get a better answer.

Funnels layered onto the site you already run
ConvertFlow adds the conversion layer to an existing site rather than replacing it: popups, embedded forms, quizzes and landing pages that all read the same visitor record and can branch on it. Somebody who has already downloaded a guide can be shown something else. A free plan carries real traffic before anything is owed. It assumes a site with visitors, so it is the wrong first purchase for anybody who has not built one yet.
Our note
Start on the free plan and only upgrade when the visitor limit binds, because the entry tier here is priced against tools that do much less. The behavioural branching is the reason to choose it over a plain popup tool, so if you would not use that, a cheaper form builder is the honest answer.

One question at a time, and people finish it
Typeform shows a form one question at a time, and the completion rate is the reason it costs more than a grid of input boxes. For a creator it is the audience survey, the coaching intake and the sponsor brief, all of which get better answers when the form does not look like paperwork. Logic jumps let a later question depend on an earlier answer without anybody seeing the branches. Plans are metered by responses per month, and that allowance is what runs out rather than the feature list.
Pick ConvertFlow if the form or quiz needs to change what a visitor sees next, popup, page or another form, based on a shared record of what they already did. The free plan carries real traffic first, and $29 a month, $25 billed annually, is the flexible entry point.
Pick Typeform for an audience survey, a coaching intake or a sponsor brief, where the one-question format and logic jumps lift completion rate more than a grid of boxes would. Basic is $39 a month, $28 billed yearly, for 100 responses; the allowance is what forces an upgrade, not the feature list.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
