Making the work

Running the business
ConvertFlow layers popups, forms, quizzes and landing pages onto a site you already run, on any platform, from a free plan up to $25 a month billed annually or $29 monthly. Elementor builds the pages themselves, but only inside WordPress, from $5 a month, though that price requires paying $60 upfront for the year with no monthly option. ConvertFlow assumes traffic already exists. Elementor assumes WordPress already exists.

Funnels layered onto the site you already run
ConvertFlow adds the conversion layer to an existing site rather than replacing it: popups, embedded forms, quizzes and landing pages that all read the same visitor record and can branch on it. Somebody who has already downloaded a guide can be shown something else. A free plan carries real traffic before anything is owed. It assumes a site with visitors, so it is the wrong first purchase for anybody who has not built one yet.
Our note
Start on the free plan and only upgrade when the visitor limit binds, because the entry tier here is priced against tools that do much less. The behavioural branching is the reason to choose it over a plain popup tool, so if you would not use that, a cheaper form builder is the honest answer.
Landing pages built inside WordPress
Elementor is a visual builder for WordPress, so the landing page and the site it belongs to are the same installation rather than two subscriptions pointing at each other. Templates, a theme builder and dynamic content come on the cheapest plan. Popups, custom CSS and the ecommerce widgets arrive one tier up. Everything here assumes WordPress is already running somewhere, and the hosting bill is separate from this one.
Pick ConvertFlow if you already have a site and traffic, on any platform, and want popups, forms and quizzes that share one visitor record so a returning downloader sees something new. The free plan carries real traffic before anything is owed, and $29 a month, or $25 billed annually, is a flexible monthly commitment either way.
Pick Elementor if you are building the site itself inside WordPress and want the landing pages living in the same installation. The entry tier is $5 a month but billed as $60 upfront with no monthly option, and Advanced Solo at $7 a month adds popups and custom code, which is where its own listing says most people actually land.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Our note
Budget for Advanced Solo rather than Essential, because popups and custom CSS are the two things a landing page tends to need and the gap between the tiers is two dollars a month. Remember the hosting is separate: this is a plugin, and the total cost of a WordPress landing page is this plus a host.
