Artlist licenses music, footage and plugins on one subscription starting at $19.99 a month billed annually, and the licence survives cancelling for anything already published. Envato Elements covers a wider shelf: footage, music, fonts, mockups and Premiere and After Effects templates, at $16.50 a month on the same annual billing, or $39 paying month to month. Annualized, Envato's plan runs about $42 a year cheaper than Artlist's entry tier. The real question is catalogue: a cinematic music library against a general design shelf.

One licence covering music, footage and plugins
Artlist sells a subscription that licenses everything on it for everything you make, including the videos you monetise, and the licence survives the subscription ending for anything already published. That last clause is the one worth reading twice, because it is where most stock music libraries hedge. The catalogue leans cinematic. Somebody who needs one track this month will find a per-track shop cheaper, and Artlist does not sell that way.
Our note
The licence terms are the product here and the catalogue is secondary, which is the opposite of how these are usually sold. Compare against Epidemic Sound on what happens when you stop paying rather than on how many tracks each claims.

Unlimited stock assets on one subscription
One subscription covers footage, music, sound effects, fonts, mockups and project templates for Premiere and After Effects, and the licence on anything you have already used survives you cancelling. For somebody publishing weekly it replaces four stock accounts. Quality is uneven, and finding the good file takes longer than the price suggests it should.
Pick Artlist if music is the point and you want a catalogue that leans cinematic rather than generic. The entry AI Starter tier is $19.99 a month billed annually, with $69.99 and $399.99 tiers adding libraries and AI allowances above it, and everything you publish while subscribed stays cleared after you cancel.
Pick Envato Elements if you need fonts, mockups and edit-ready templates alongside footage and music, not just music. At $16.50 a month billed annually it undercuts Artlist's entry tier by roughly $42 a year, but the $39 month-to-month rate erases that gap fast, so commit to the year or skip it. Count how many separate stock subscriptions it actually replaces before buying: usually two, not the four the pitch implies.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Our note
Worth it at the annual price and hard to justify at the monthly one. Count how many separate stock bills it actually replaces first, because the honest answer is usually two rather than the four the pitch assumes.
