AIQualityHQ is a free browser toolkit that scores a prompt, rewrites it for a given model and scans it for injection risk. Claude is the assistant you would run that prompt against, free to try and $20 a month. One is a check on the instruction, the other is what the instruction is for.
Free, browser-native AI prompt quality checker, rewriter, and security scanner running 100% locally.

Free, browser-native AI prompt quality checker, rewriter, and security scanner running 100% locally.
AIQualityHQ is a free, browser-native toolkit for AI developers, QA teams, and prompt engineers. It allows users to score prompts across 6 core dimensions, refactor raw instructions for specific LLMs, optimize token costs, and scan for prompt injection and jailbreak threats using a deterministic engine that runs entirely client-side for complete privacy and instant execution.

A writing and reasoning assistant with a long memory
Claude is an assistant built by Anthropic for work that runs long: a full script rather than a paragraph, a spreadsheet of sponsor replies rather than one email. The free plan covers web search, file creation and memory across conversations. Pro adds more usage, unlimited projects, research and the ability to connect Slack and Google Workspace. The context window is 200k tokens on every plan, which in practice means a long transcript or a stack of documents goes in whole rather than in pieces.
AIQualityHQ suits people shipping LLM features: prompt engineers validating instructions, QA engineers checking whether behaviour holds between releases, and developers looking at injection exposure. Everything interactive runs client side and is not metered, and the API tier starts at sixty free requests an hour.
Claude is the model doing the work, with a long memory for drafts and reasoning that runs across a whole document. It will happily critique a prompt in the same conversation you were going to run it in, which is faster and produces no score you can compare against last week's.
Ratings are the average of reviews readers left. The facts are stated by each tool’s own listing and are not verified by CloutStack. How we make money.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
Our note
The reason to choose this over the other assistants is usually the context window: work that involves a long document or a full transcript fits without being chopped up first. If your work is short prompts and quick answers, the difference will not show up and the cheaper option wins.
