Running the business
Adobe Stock earns its $29.99 a month price through the Creative Cloud integration. A comp drops onto the Premiere or Photoshop timeline and licenses in place, drawn from 10 monthly credits that expire if unused. Envato Elements covers footage, music, fonts, mockups and templates on one subscription with unlimited downloads, at $16.50 a month billed annually. The licence on anything downloaded survives you cancelling. The choice is whether the in-app Adobe workflow is worth roughly double the price.

Stock assets that open straight into Adobe apps
Adobe Stock is worth its premium only if you already work in Premiere or Photoshop, where a comp drops onto the timeline and licenses in place without a download step. The library is one of the largest anywhere. Credits expire, the annual plan charges a cancellation fee, and both facts are on the page rather than hidden.
Unlimited stock assets on one subscription
One subscription covers footage, music, sound effects, fonts, mockups and project templates for Premiere and After Effects, and the licence on anything you have already used survives you cancelling. For somebody publishing weekly it replaces four stock accounts. Quality is uneven, and finding the good file takes longer than the price suggests it should.
Our note
Worth it at the annual price and hard to justify at the monthly one. Count how many separate stock bills it actually replaces first, because the honest answer is usually two rather than the four the pitch assumes.
Only on this side
Adobe Stock is worth the premium only for an editor already living in Premiere or Photoshop. That is the whole case for it. Licensing a comp in place saves real time every week, and the library's 900 million assets win on anything obscure. Know the two catches first: credits expire, and cancelling the annual plan after 14 days costs a fee of up to half the remaining commitment.
Envato Elements is the better value for almost everyone else. At $16.50 a month billed annually, unlimited downloads across footage, music, fonts, mockups and templates replace several separate stock accounts at once. The lifetime licence on anything already downloaded means cancelling never strands a published video. Avoid the $39 month-to-month rate if possible, since it erases most of the savings that make Envato the obvious pick over Adobe Stock.

Shaded rows are where the two answers disagree and both listings have answered. A row where one side has not stated a fact is left plain, because silence is not a difference.
